About Me	Doanie passed away on Dec 29, 2016 Obituary of Patricia Harper Patricia Joan Harper, 81 , of Rivesville, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Select Medical Hospital in Latrobe, PA. She was born August 27, 1935 in Millersville a daughter of the late Thomas M. and Hazel E. Kirby Hickman. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Roy W. Harper. Mrs. Harper was a 1953 graduate of East Fairmont High School. She was a Methodist by faith and a homemaker in her own home. Patricia was a devoted wife and mother to her family. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed completing her daily “wuzzle” from the paper. Patricia was very artistic and enjoyed creating crafts and nail art. She was a very jolly person who loved wearing bright colors and putting a positive spin on everything. In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by her daughter, DeEtta Kae and her husband Patrick Offutt of Rivesville; her son, Roy E. and his wife Florine K. Harper of Arnettsville; her sisters: Betty Satterfield of the Hagens Community, and Emma Hall of the Millersville Community. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jerico Patrick Offutt, Roscoe Roy Offutt, Joseph Edward Harper, and James Thomas Harper, as well as many nieces and nephews including a special niece Dora Lee Smith.
