• Leveraged a Mutual Logistics Support Agreement, opened door for the Korean government to increase their percentage of operational cost offsets from 40% to over 55%, saving the US tens of millions of dollars over a 5-year period

• Executed and reached annual production goals including over 250 F100 engine overhauls, 12,000 Line Replaceable Unit repairs, 20,000 precision measurement calibrations and jet engine intermediate maintenance for 15 A-10s from Osan Air Base, Korea; annual budget of $35M
• Directed the off-equipment maintenance and corrosion control of 8 KC-135R tankers, a number of Special Operations Forces MC 30 Talons, 3 Airborne Warning And Control assets, USMC Harrier Fighter Attack aircraft, and all transiting military transport, diplomatic and cross-country aircraft

• Managed $5.5M in household goods and passenger movement for Department of Defense customers and was responsible for all packaging, preservation and in-transit accountability of cargo. Ensured expeditious movement of two-level maintenance and lean logistics items while providing base and intra-theater surface and passenger movement

Managed a $6.2M annual budget supporting over 20,000 flying hours and 10,000 sorties both at home station and operations DESERT SHIELD/STORM.
• With no previous mobility commitment, computerized mobility planning data resulting in the deployment of 75% of the 20th Tactical Fighter Wing’s firepower to the Middle East in 96 hours

• Commanded fully operational GLCM Flight consisting of 8 officers, 12 NCOs, and 50 Airman where 18 of the compliment were Royal Air Force Regiment soldiers
• Trained and evaluated six fully operational GLCM Flights with an instructor cadre of 25 personnel, half of which were Royal Air Force Regiment soldiers. Served as the principle Air Force liaison to the US Army concerning tactics, deception, Nuclear-Chemical-Biological operations and decontamination procedures while integrating the current US AirLand Battle doctrine
• Key member of the American-British staff creating Joint / Coalition procedure for GLCM / tactical nuclear operations within the United Kingdom

I am a qualified "Plane Captain" (similiar to Crew Chief, or Powerline in other branches of the service) on the EA-6B "Prowler" platform.
