About	Connie passed away from kidney cancer. Connie Jean (Baxter) Randall passed July 8th, 2023, surrounded by her children, Brandi and Alan Randall along with his wife, Mary Rose Madden, four beloved grandchildren (Kailey Anderson, Kirra Anderson, Jude Randall, Fallon Randall) and other loved ones. Connie was born in Cheverly, Maryland to Thomas and Elizabeth (Downes) Baxter. Two adoring brothers survive her: John and Tommy Baxter. She graduated from Duval High School (Class of 1966) where she met her better half Albert (Buzz) Randall. They married in 1969 and built a beautiful family in Gambrills, Maryland. No effort was too big for Connie: she was an active member of her community, lending a hand wherever needed. She opened her home to those in need. She played the true matriarch of the family and had many talents. Those who were lucky enough to taste some of her delicious baked goods could vouch for this. She propagated her father's African violets and gifted them to her loved ones. She often showed up with a handmade purse or casserole carrier, she hemmed your pants if they didn't fit right or cleaned your kitchen after a party. Connie even delivered a baby once! Connie touched the hearts of many people, remembering everyone's birthday, lending advice if needed (or not), cracking a joke, and just being an overall sincere friend. We can remember her for her heart of gold and infectious smile. We hope you picture Buzz grabbing Connie's hand and picking up where they left off, dancing to "My Girl". A celebration of life will be held for Connie at Celebrations at the Bay on August 3rd 5-8pm.
