About Me	I left Dunnellon and joind the Army in 1961 and was a MP staioned at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Came back to Florida an became a member of the Florida Highway Patrol as a State Trooper/Traffic Homicide Investigator. I was stationed in Ocala when I left the Patrol in 1970. I was on the Mairon County Sheriff's Office for a short time before running for Sheriff in 1972. Whle I was on the Patrol, stationed in Orlando, I met my wife Maria and we were married in July 1998. We have one daughter who lives in Tampa and works for the US Air Force at McDill AFB in military intelligence at Sp. Op's Maria and I live in Plant City for the past 28 years.
