Served from 1964 - 1968. First assignment was at the Flight Test Center at Edwards AFB in California. Went to Viet Nam in 1966 where I served as a Flight Mechanic for Det 2 37th and Det 5 38th Air Rescue where our mission was rescuing pilots shot down over Laos and North Viet Nam. Last year was spent at Cannon AFB in New Mexico

I went to bootcamp at Paris Island, SC. I then went to Quantico, VA for training. My first duty station was Kansas City, MO. From there I went to Okinawa, Japan. I was then stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. After that I went back to Okinawa, Japan. I ended my career at McDill, AFB right here in Tampa.
