About Me	Born Patricia A. Vogt to John D.Vogt and Beulah Kissinger in KC, KS and moved to Shawnee at age 13, then to Overland Park until Married. Married Jim Duncan and we had two children, Jim and Andy. Divorced. Married Maurice G., Crook and are still friends. Married William O'Gara and we are not. Tried about everything in life for a career...Psychiatric Therapist, Oil Broker, Many businesses owner, Office Management, Property Management, modeling, and have been active in Mental Health Assoc. (past pres.) and now a volunteer for C A S A...Raised several children in Denver, CO. 2 were my own. Have traveled a good portion of the world and nothing beats the U.S.A. but found out most of the people in the world I have the same love and problems that we do.Wish I had learned all the languages I encountered instead of traveling with an interpreter. Hope at least one of my grandchildren take the same path. Still very active and for the most part feel very good about myself, my friends, my family and my life. Lived in Denver for approximately 30 years with a stretch in Arizona, Texas and New York. Returned to KC in the mid 80's and found KC hasn't changed much...except downtown is deserted and I don't know if they can get it back. It was such a good Hub growing up. I love children, philosophy and writing...with a little gambling thrown in for excitement. KC not as interesting as it used to be. Believe in being active politically and in church although at the present time I am hunting a new one to attend. I have 9 grands and 4 great grands. I find myself lonesome at times for my friends who have passed on...and those I left in Denver although Char back in Denver and Jen now living in Spokane Valley visit me here and of course, I have made...(read more)
