About Me	Cerritos College, Naval Air stationed at Whidbey Island, Washington for approx. 1.5 yrs. before squadron decommissioned. Cypress College. Bought first house 1974 (Anaheim). Bought new townhouse in 1975(Fullerton). Cal-State University Fullerton(degree 1976). Bought new townhouse in 1976(Fullerton). R.E. license in 1977. Married 1977. Bought new house in 1977(Brea). R.E. Broker license in 1981. Son Ryan born in 1981. Son David born in 1984. My 2 boys were the best things that happened in my life. Bought rental property in Chino Hills, Anaheim(2). R.E. Appraisal license in 1985. Bought new house in 1987(Mission Viejo). Both boys involved in Saddleback Valley sports then Capo Valley High Basketball. Moved into townhouse on Lake Santa Margarita. Divorced 1995. Single father of 2 boys age 10 & 13. Moved back to my Fullerton townhouse in 2000 where David attended Sunny Hills High. He played JV & Varsity basketball. Retired in 2009 & moved to Seal Beach. Love riding my bike and walking on the beach at Seal Beach, around the harbor at Alamitos Bay, Naples & Belmont Shore.
