COX, PHYLLIS , 58, of Largo, died Sunday (March 12, 2000) at home under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. She came here in 1962 from her native Chicago and worked as a legal assistant. Survivors include three daughters, Kathie Hayes, Sandra Conder and Lori Peterson, and her father, Fred Rith , all of Largo; a sister, Cherry Harper, Lombard, Ill.; and five grandchildren. Gulf Breeze Cremation & Burial Society, Largo.
