| About Me | Spent a couple of years travelling - Hawaii and East Coast of USA. Then moved to Canada in 1982 where I attended Vancouver General Hospital School of Nursing and finished my Nursing degree at University of Victoria. I moved to the interior of British Columbia in 1987. We built two homes in Nelson and currently live near Kootenay Lake. I spend summers in the mountains and hike every chance I get. Love the Rockies and West Coast. I currently work in Public Health Nursing but have worked in critical care areas (intensive care and emergency) for many years.
