Hello to anyone who reads these. I have become aware that there will be an attempt to put something together Friday September 20 for the Doherty Football Homecoming game involving the class of '84 This does not mean other classes could not put something together or piggyback with us, but my focus is for the 40th year of the class of '84 I will be reaching out to the Doherty AD once school starts to discuss what can be done. Also we will be looking to meet somewhere after the game. There are others that I know that are involved with planning, and I will pass on information as I learn and know more. thank you all. Hello all, so I was thinking. Here is what I propose.
Friday September 20,
Whirlyball, come anytime after 4:30 pm and stay as long as you want. Anyone who is or is planning to attend the homecoming football game those individuals can get together and figure out if they want to carpool or go separate or however and they can leave when it is time to go.
Football game starts at 7:00 pm. Stadium is cashless and you will need to purchase game ticket in advance with the GoFan app.
Those not going to football game can just stay at Whirlyball and visit.
My next suggestion for meeting again that evening is anyone interested or was not able to make it to Whirlyball and wants to we can meet at Illegal Pete's downtown. I am guessing the game will be 1 ½ -2 hours long so let's say 9:00 pm, come earlier if you want, stay as long as you want or until close. They are open until midnight.
Saturday-that can be discussed with each other if you want to see anyone again on Saturday.
Again, this is just me trying to set something up so we can visit and see old friends and catch up on 40+ years.

Things are moving forward. Please join the 40th year of the class of '84 at Wasson High School (Garry Berry) Stadium Friday Sept 20, 7:00 pm for the Doherty vs Rampart Homecoming Football game.
Garry Berry stadium is a cashless stadium. Download the GoFan app and search for Doherty High School. There you can purchase tickets to the game. Concessions are cashless also.
Pre and Post game plans are TBA. Looking for location suggestions.
Hope to see some familiar faces and old friends at the game.
