Class of 1972
Air Force, 20+ Years
After graduating DB one year late, I joined the Air Force during the Vietnam Era. I spent first 5 years as a 462 Weapon Mechanic (MMS) loading/arming bombs on different aircraft. Wised up and cross trained into the Computer Career field. My best assignment was 4 years in Hawaii. I was assigned to the Pentagon during Desert Shield/Storm where I eventually retired as an E-8 Sr-Master-Sgt. and took a contractor job supporting the same agency. I now run a small company still providing computer/network support to the Air Force.

Class of 1972
Army Reserves, 4 Years
Aviation Electronics Tech 3rd Class - Gulf War
Stationed at NAS Moffett Field, CA (Mountain View, CA). I made the right decision to join when I did and the branch I did. At 34 I entered the delayed entry program, entered boot camp at 35, spent 4 years in. I took an early out to work at NASA Ames and it's been uphill from there. I will say that taking a leap of faith and risk, took me to places I never dreamed. G-d is good....!
