About	Toni Gayle Harrell, 50, went home to be with the Lord on Monday morning February 28, 2011 at her residence after a long illness. She was born in Jacksonville, FL and had lived in Kingsport most of her life. Toni served in the Virginia Army National Guard and the United States Army and attained the rank of Corporal. She attended the Fountain of Life Bible Church, Johnson City, TN. She was preceded in death by her step grandfather, G.W. Ã¢ BillÃ¢ Fletcher; grandmother and step grand father, Shirley and Richard Porter; step daughter, Dominica Ã¢ NicaÃ¢ Grandia; half brother, Anthony Harrell. She is survived by her mother, Judy Love of Kingsport; her father, Wilson Tony Harrell of Jacksonville, FL; maternal grandfather, Brownie Stapleton of Baytown, TX; uncle, Joe porter and wife, Patti of Roda, VA; cousins, Kristen Porter, Kalena Porter Williams, Sally Clark, Dagney Grey and Debbie Hampton; special cousin, Carolyn C. Galloway; and family friend, John Derrick of Kingsport. A celebration of life service will be held 12:30 pm on Friday, March 25, 2001 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, Inc. 520 Watauga Street, Kingsport with Dr. Victor Young, officiating. Military Graveside services will follow at 2 pm at the VA Cemetery, Mountain Home, TN, conducted by the American Legion Hammond Post # 3 and Gate City Post # 265. Memorial contributions may be made to Kingsport Animal Shelter, 2141 Idlehour Road, Kingsport, TN 37660 or to the charity of the donors choice. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Harrell family.
