About	William Timothy "Tim" Mitchell, 52, of Church Hill formerly of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at Shelby Memorial Baptist Hospital, Alabaster, Alabama. He was born in Sullivan County (Kingsport) and moved to Church Hill several years ago. He was a former employee of Mead paper and retired from Domtar. He was preceded in death by his parents, John William and Norma Hughes Mitchell and a sister, Yvonne Peeples. Survivors include his daughter, Allison Brooke Mitchell of Kingsport; son, William Clark Mitchell of Cookeville, TN; granddaughter, Arianna Mitchell; three sisters, Sherry Parker & husband, Richard of Oak Ridge, TN, Patty Mitchell of Kingsport and Johnnie Shapiro of Mascott, TN; and his brother, Terry Mitchell of Birmingham, AL. The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 3:30 pm on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga Street, Kingsport or you may call anytime Saturday at the home of his sister, Patty. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:30 pm in the chapel with Rev. Will Shewey. Eulogy by Bascom Regen Peeples. Burial will be private. Honorary pallbearers are John Peebles, Richie Parker, Dustin Coates, Floyd Manis and A.L. Webb
