About	Sandra Lee Riggs, 61, of Florence, KY passed away on August 6th 2014 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati OH. She was born to the late Warren and Sherlie Webster, Feb. 6, 1953 in Covington, KY. Sandra ‘Sandy’ was a graduate of Lloyd Memorial High School in 1971 and received a BA in Education from Northern KY University in 1992. She received a Master’s in Education from NKU in 2000. Sandy married her high school sweetheart and soul mate Shelby Riggs of Elsmere, KY in 1971 and resided in Florence, KY. Sandy was a high school Social StudiesShe was passionate about and loved her students. She was voted “Most Influential Teacher” by students numerous times.
