About Me I am Owner and President of BASvan Online Training, Inc. (BOTI), DBA Rockies Services and Products. My business is a Denver-based American Indian, Veteran-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, and an SBA 8(a) graduate. BOTI provided Business Management Consulting, Systems(s) Development services, Online Training, Training Development and was an Application Service Provider for Online Training. For fifteen years, I worked with and trained businesses in the areas of “Smarter Business Planning”, “Working Smarter With TQM”, “Writing Winning Proposals”.
