| About Me | Dr. Kahala Bolton, passionate leader, serves her community as an Entrepreneur, Minister and Advocate. She is one of the world’s leading practical business consultant, mentor and life coach. Her equipping and empowering workshops and seminars have helped thousands of people be empowered in business, ministry and life. Her career began with the opportunity to serve in administration for the Dallas Morning News Business News Department. From there, God opened many doors to the nonprofit, small business industry as well as the door for greater community involvement through ministry. Kahala spends an innumerable amount of hours mastering her gifting in leadership. This has helped her to be a top notch consultant serving the nonprofit and small business community. She hosts many workshops and seminars to ensure that the industry she serves has the available resources and tools they need to take their vision and run with it. She believes in taking people’s excuses away and through BMG Consultancy, she is able to offer every service and product needed for a nonprofit and small business to survive if they want it and are willing to do the work. Kahala conducts close to a dozen domestic conferences every year, teaching women how to live purposefully and find purpose daily. For over 13 years, her annual women's conference has attracted more than women from all walks of life to the Dallas metropolitan area to partake in precisely themed spiritual encounters presented by her and guest speakers through the ministry of Women on Fire for God. Kahala was compelled to venture into advocacy and education for domestic violence by directly being impacted by it. She survived domestic violence. She spoke up. She chose to live. Therefor she chose to advocate. She recognized that even though she found herself to be a very strong woman, there were some weak areas that were being manipulated in her life. The moment when everything changed in her life was when she realized she deserved so much better. After researching her family tree and examining where they are now, it was realized that every woman in her family is or has been impacted directly by domestic violence. This impelled her to established Hear Her Cry to become a part of her works to eradicate domestic violence and to also end generational curses in her family. Her life endeavors that she holds close to her heart includes being a wife to her King, Patrick and mother to their children. They are Texas Natives residing in Dallas County. They have been blessed to be a part of a wonderful church family, Destiny Worship Center, located in the heart of Lancaster, TX under the dynamic under shepherding of Dr. Phillip R Ward Sr. They are devout Christians and without doubt attribute all of their success to the hand of God that is evident in their lives.
