About Me	Currently fighting cancer... Isla keeps calling me back.... Love to laugh, love my son & my husband. Traveling to Isla Mujeres, Mexico to see the friends we've made over the last 17 visits!!; sponsoring a 17 year old girl, Gabriella, to go to high school in Mexico. Every visit feels like we're coming home... how cool is it to have people meet you at the ferry??? Store keepers and restauranteurs , wait staff, know you by name! Being welcomed into the tar paper shack homes of the locals and the luxurious homes of the ex-pats, what a mixed blessing and a most humbling experience. We hope some day to become residents.
