Seen and experienced about as much as one could, both good and bad. Service swallowed me up and spit me out. It's hard to tell who you really are. It was a good way of life.

Drafted.. Inf. n Advanced Inf. @ Fort Dixs. Jungle training in mountains of Oahu. Then 13 months in Viet Nam with the 2nd/14th Inf B company, attached to the 25th Hawaiian Division. Wounded 3 diff. times w/ 3 different Hospitals ,. and Uncle Sam is still taking care of me . Spent most of my time in Cu Chi, Bien Hoa , Tay Ninh .

I enlisted in sept of 65 went to basic traing in texas,then tech school in witcha falls for air craft maint. I was a crew chief on the 105 d and also the f-4 d .spent 3 years in germany at spangdahlem afb,then 1 year at alamagordo afb in new mexico. Had a great experience while I was in the service,spent time in Africa at wheelus afb,& aviano afb in italy
