About Me	In 1985 after graduation from college, I moved to Orlando, FL to work at what was then Greiling Farms, In 1997, I moved back to Green Bay with my wife, Anne (Leiterman) and 2 children to continue my career at Floral Plant Growers/Greiling Farms where I served as it's President until 2008. In 2009, I chose to leave and pursue the next phase of my career which is as a owner and partner in The Visions Group, a business consulting firm dedicated to horticulture.
