Passed away on April 12, 2012 due to a heart attack. David was very active. He recently ran in the Boston Marathon, completed the Tough Mudder, and in January went up to Maine and jumped in the ocean with the Polar Bear Club. David was living in upstate New York. He had many friends. Over 500 were in attendance at his funeral service in New York. Another service will be held for David on March 21, 2012 in Deltona Florida.
