English Renaissance Scholar and senior lecturer at University of Dundee Scotland, author of European Erotic Romance and Notes on Nursing, director of the national online project of the Dictionary of the Older Scottish Tongue, Vic died bravely of ALS in Dundee in 2009. At Delta he rowed for Leander Boat Club and played right guard in varsity football, and went on to McMaster (MA), UNB (MA) and U. of Southampton, UK (PhD). Brother of Florence (1960) and Felicia (1959) Skretkowicz.
