About Me	Since leaving the DeLand area I attended UNC and completed graduate work at the University of Michigan with a PhD and Master's degree in Toxicology and Public Health. I later served as chairman of Wash DC Howard and Georgetown University Departments of Env Health Sciences, I was the DC Mayoral appointee on the Chesapeake Bay Tri State Restoration Commission, I was an appointed member of President George H. Bush's National Environmental Platform Committee, Chairman of a Federal agency wide Quality Science Team under the leadership of Vice President Al Gore for his championed White House Initiative, "Reinventing Government" . I also served as a member of the National Environmental Justice Work group and recently retired from having fun in one of my roles as Senior Science Advisor/Deputy Research Director in the Center in the Arlington Va, based National Center for Environmental Research.
