Reunion Information for September 30th Coyote Creek

Your committee can only hope you are as excited as we are. And we can not believe it's here already.

So here we go

The reception area is to the right when you walk through the front entrance of Coyote Creek. There you will be checked in, given your wrist band for the buffet, your personal badge and guest badges (which will need to be filled out with guest's name)

We need your help to keep this area moving into the banquet room and to the outside patio areas, although we are so aware of how difficult it will be when you see people you just may want to hug.

If by chance you arrive at Coyote Creek prior to 6:00 we are going to have the reception area ready for you at 5:00 so you can at least get checked in. Coyote Creek has a bar and different lounge areas separate from the banquet room.

The buffet is going to be served inside with half the dinning tables being inside and half being outside the banquet room in one of the patio areas.

Agenda
There will be a Reunion Agenda at each place setting.
We have made some minor changes since the Agenda was printed. To be honest, we've made changes since day 1 when this one of a kind group of people got together and formed "your" committee.

Due to the amount of people attending and for your reunion to have the easiest "flow" possible, we had to make the decision of numbering tables. But the good news, you can sit anywhere you want!!!

Your committee members and others who have volunteered will be spread out amongst all of you so you will receive further information at the reunion regarding the numbered table order for the buffet and the Classmate Group pictures.

Our main #1 goal since March of 2016 is that we provide each and everyone of you an evening you will never forget. And I personally truly believe that we are going to do just that!!

GROUP PHOTOS: Dinning Tables are going to have Table Numbers for the use of Classmate Group Photos for your Souvenir Book of the reunion. We are asking that Classmates at each table print their names on the back, including maiden name. The numbers will be announced in order, in groups of 3 or 4, for those classmates to go to the outside patio where the Classmate Group photos will be taken. The Numbers will accompany that particular group of classmates. Numbers will be continued to be announced throughout the evening by the band until all group photos have been taken.
The committee decided that there are too many attending to take 1 class picture.

09/03/17 REUNION UPDATE

We did it or better yet "you" did it. Effective 09/01 we have 142 classmates and 61 guests totaling 203 attending the reunion.

We have some teachers included in these numbers who will be attending, Jim Hamm, Ernie Piunti, Al (Coach) Marucci and Rollo Koivisto.

September 30th is coming upon us very quickly. One more Committee meeting at Coyote Creek and many emails are flying around between the committee members. We are over the moon excited.

08/28/17 REUNION UPDATES

Effective 08/18 134 classmates and 60 guests totaling 194 attending. We just need 6 more people to hit the 200 mark!!!!

Lots of new information below

We are now up to 131 classmates and 60 guests, 191 folks attending our 50th reunion. We, the committee, are pretty confident that we could hit the 200 mark as reservations continue to be received.

For those of you who have asked, the committee unanimously decided not to release the names of those that are attending out of respect of those that may not want that information posted. If you are interested in finding out if any of your HS friends are attending please contact one of your committee members where some are listed on the invitation. We will be happy to let you know.

We haven’t worked out all the details yet, but Janet Buickerood-Blue & Dan Swiger are teaming up to pull something together for after the reunion. Cost has not yet been determined. REUNION UPDATE..very exciting
Effective 07/21/17 we have 123 classmates and 54 guests totaling 177 people attending the reunion. We receive reservations weekly but this is the latest update. I will continue to keep you posted

The committee has decided to extend the deadline for ticket reservations from July 17 to August 31 so get your reservations mailed!!

As of July 10 we have 109 classmates and 49 guests attending. We are trying to figure out logistics of how to inform our classmates who is attending on our social media sites. So stay tuned as the list continues to grow weekly.

We are over the top excited about 'your" reunion which will go down in history as the best one ever!!! We can not wait to see everyone on September 30th. So please get your Reservations in!! If you lost your invitation...we certainly can mail you another one. Just let us know.

INVITATIONS ARE IN THE MAIL We did it as promised!!

Your Invitation for the reunion has been mailed this week, first week of April, so be on the lookout for a golden rod/sunflower colored envelope.

The invitations will also be sent by email via Evite as was done with the Save The Date Cards.

The Invitation includes the Response Card along with the information for payment and remittance deadlines, hotels, transportation, committee contacts, alternate website info and directions.

We still have many items on our "to do" list but it is miraculous what this committee has accomplished and checked off the "to do" list since March of 2016.

Our biggest wish and hope is that each one of you come and crossing our fingers that as many people show up as possible. We are determined to throw you the best "reunion" ever!!

And this committee is very willing to do anything to help get you there, so please do not hesitate what so ever to reach out to any one of us.
