About Me	Worked -- a lot, for the government (short-timer), for Bank of America in San Francisco and NY, for Scotia Bank, and for an economic consulting firm. I retired in May 2008 and since then have sailed a good bit -- Bahamas to Maine, offshore as our mast is very tall. Our economic forum on Longboat Key, started in 2009, is still alive and well, and while I note that the economics in these days of quantitative easing is a bit of a heavy slog for some, our group has stayed with us. So, I am still working a lot. We still spend a fair amount of time in Brooklyn, for meetings and to make sure the house there is OK, but Florida is such an amazing place to live, we try to spend lots of time here -- just now, there are white pelicans ...(read more)
