About Me	Went back to night school to get my high school diploma and then went on to get a two yr. college degree. Worked at Standen Insurance in Deer Park for five years and finally became a full time stay at home mom. Bought 40 acres approx. 10 miles N. of Deer Park in 1992 and have been here since then!Went to Alaska last yr. for three months and in 1992 I went to Nome, AK to see the end of the Iditarod. Right now I sew with a group of neighbors and friends making charity quilts for Sacred Heart Children's hospital, E. WA hospital, the Vets' Hospital, homes for troubled teens, and m...(read more)
