About Me	After high school I went to college for five years. I kept changing my focus in school and then finally decided I wanted to teach children. I took a break (8 yrs) from school to have my second child and am currently back in school at EWU. For the past five years I have been teaching yoga in Spokane at several different studios. Currently I teach at Spokane Yoga Shala and Sol Yoga. I have also taught in the corporate world. This lead me to an opportunity to teach in New York City. I have been lucky enough to travel there three times. I am also the editor of Spokane's only community yoga newsletter. I keep active with my husband Jess, whom I met in high school, and my two kids Sierra and Orion. I also just adopt...(read more)
