In Memory of

I’m shocked…Her sister Betty Gray Powell passed a couple of years ago…I talked to Carol this summer.. She sounded enthusiastic. I didn’t know of an illness or expect this. I’m so sorry!! We were playmates on 64th & Raymond as little children. Our families were close. She and her sister “Betsy” were like cousins to me. So so sorry to hear of this!

I had lunch once/ month with her and two other Jordan friends. It was sudden and unexpected and very sad.

Carol and I were friends from 7th grade. I was just with her in May
We spoke often, visited each other, and went to quilt retreats together. It was very sudden as we had another trip planned. I miss her smiling and happy personality so much
