About Me	I Facebook about a lot of things. My journey to be fitter is a big one ....oh the journey has had many twists and turns but the end goal has never changed - healthy and fit and w/e size God says is right for me. It's not just the number on the scale or the the one on the back of my waistband. I want to feel good and being healthy makes me feel good. I love my fabulous family (sooo blessed!), I like to make observations as I go through this thing called 'life' and I often delcare my love to my one and true Soul Mate, Franc. I never intend to offend or judge others. My comments are about me and my life. Love is learning the song in another's heart and singing it back to them when they have forgotten. I love you. I am the most content I have ever been in my life. So completly happy and in love. I am so blessed. I just turned 50yrs old. I finally 'get it'. I am living unencumbered by my past. Welcoming my future with open arms. I believe for the most part, things don't just 'happen' to you that in some way, you don't allow. I'm not talking about tragedies or unforeseen events.
