About	Born in New Bedford, MA, Warren M. Barclay was a former resident of Dartmouth, MA. He was a graduate of the University of Bridgeport and Syracuse University (MA). Mr. Barclay was employed by the NJ Civil Service Commission as chief of research projects and public records. He was a life member of the Old Barracks Museum Association, a member of Trenton House Museum, former president of the NJ Chapter of American Society of Public Administrators, a board member of the NJ Chapter of International Public Management for Human Resources, and a member of the Association of Government Accountants (Trenton chapter) and a N.J. notary public. Son of the late Emil and Alice Barclay, and brother of the late Ina Lee Rothstein, he is survived by a sister, Gilda Barclay-Avelar of Vero Beach, FL; three nephews, Larry, Fred and Alan Rothstein, and five great-nieces and nephews. The family respectfully requests memorial contributions be offered to The Warren M. Barclay Scholarship Fund at Dartmouth High School, South Dartmouth, MA, or The American Cancer Society. Warren passed away peacefully in New Jersey, his adopted home of some 30+ years. He will be forever remembered as a gentle spirit whose kindness was always felt by those he knew, even casually. We love him and honor his memory every day of our lives when we think, "What would Warren do - " and then consider how he would approach the issue, problem or concern - and then do so, informed by how he might act.
