About Me	Married my high school love, Donna Claver. About a year later I joined the U. S. Coast Guard and served four years during the VietNam era. After coming back to Tulsa, I resumed my goal of graduating from The University of Tulsa and did so in 1978. I worked for a couple of years at a loan company before starting a career in the energy sector with Amoco Corporation. After 22 years of service as an Oil and Gas Accountant, I retired from Amoco in 1999 and was free for about three years before returning to the energy sector with ConocoPhillips. I currently commute from Tulsa to Bartlesville each day and plan to continue working until I'm tired of it. 12/13/2018 - This is my last day of employment with ConocoPhillips. I am just a few days short of turning 70 years old and, after 37+ years of experiencing the energy sector, I am taking off to see what retirement has to offer. I can't say that I'm tired of working in an industry that I truly love but they went and sold all the properties I accounted for and I'm guessing at 70 years of age there isn't another move in the organization for me; it just seems logical to hang it up.
