About Me	I started off at PSU W-B with alot of classmates. This really was a great time for me. While here, my writing talent seemed to bloom. I had several poems published within the university's literary magazine. After two years, I transferred to Wilkes University, where I balanced a radio show, a full class load, a part-time retail job and part-time with WNEP and still made the Dean's List. I proved to myself - what I am capable of accomplishing. I graduated from Wilkes University in 1996 with a double major in Communications and Psychology. I started out as a production assistant with WNEP-TV before switching gears and landing a job as a feature writer with The Times Leader. In 1999, I moved to mid-coast Maine and lived there for eight years. While there I worked for Camden National Corporation as the Merchant Services Representive before switching gears again and handling their credit card disputes. I stayed here for about 5 years before finding a job, as a reporter, with a local newspaper. In 2006, we(my husband, son and I) moved back to the valley. Once back, I began to research the business of freelance writing. In 2007, I slowly began to build a small, at home, freelancing business of my own. I contribute, on a regular basis to The Times Leader, The Dallas Post, and the Independent of NEPA magazine. I am truely blessed that my little business continues to grow every year.
