Favorite School Memory	Watching the 78 Boys Basketball Team go all the way to state, even though we were considered "Cinderella Cy-Fair."
About Me	Earned a Basketball Scholarship, and played 1 year of College Ball at University of Arkansas Ft. Smith. After having a major knee injury & surgery, I was forced to hangup the sneakers. I then transferred to Stephen F. Austin, where I earned a B.A. in Political Science, and was where I met my wife Jennifer. We have been married for 33+ years, and we have two great daughters, Sophie & Grace. I am also the Owner/Operator of a successful outfitter business, specializing in Dove & Waterfowl Hunting, as well as Bass Fishing. I have been doing this since 1996. This was after being a Guide for two of the largest Outfitters in the Region from 1983 to 1995. Began my Teaching Career in 2002 Teaching at Spring High School. I then moved to Andy Dekaney High School in Spring ISD in 2007, where I served as the Social Studies Department Chair and Teacher. In 2009 moved to Montgomery High School teaching a variety of High School Social Studies classes. In 2018, moved to the newest High School in Montgomery ISD, Lake Creek High School. I serve as the Social Studies Department Chair and teach American Government. Also started the MHS Angler's Club for the students of Montgomery High School in 2013, serving as their Coach/Advisor. The Fishing Team competes in the Texas High School Bass Association as part of the Houston Division. In 2018 when I moved to Lake Creek High School, the Team was reorganized to become the MISD Fishing Team. Since its' inception, the students of MISD have done tremendous things, being Conference Champions 6 out of 7 years. They have also been Regional Champs 3 times, and won the State Championship in 2017. For an old Cy-Fair reference, not bad...(read more)
