About	From the Akron Beacon Journal: Robin Dee Sullivan, 47, went home to be with the Lord on March 13, 2006, at her home in Hudson, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Akron in 1958, Robin had lived in Hudson since 2004 after residing in Upper Nyack and Valley Cottage, N.Y., for 11 years. Robin was a 1977 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, was a Rotary Scholar, and won the Arion Award for Instrumental Music. She graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in music. Robin received her Master of Music degree from the University of Michigan in 1983. Robin had performed with both the Akron and Canton Symphony Orchestras as well as the Charleston (S.C.) Symphony Orchestra. She was also a member of the Brockton and Plymouth, Mass., symphony orchestras. Robin was a member of the First Reformed Church of Upper Nyack, N.Y. Robin loved music, but her first love was always her family, especially her children. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Robert of Hudson; sons, Dennis Ryan, Andrew Thomas, and Colin James, all of Hudson; parents, Robert D. and Carol Mealy of Cuyahoga Falls; grandparents, John and Dorothy Inch of Stow; sisters and brother-in-law, Lauren Eisenberg of Akron, Erin Blake of Kettering, Ohio, and Melissa and Mitchell Logar of Grafton, Ohio; mother-in-law Mary Louise Sullivan of Massachusetts; brothers-in-law, Kevin (Monique) Sullivan and Richard T. Sullivan of Massachusetts; aunt, Nancy Glenny of Cuyahoga Falls, and aunt and uncle, Judith and David Haude of Houston, Texas; dear friend, Michelle Ruddle of Champion, Ohio; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Robin was preceded in death by her brother, Jonathan Mealy; grandparents, Gerald and Geraldine Mealy; and father-in-law, Edmund F. Sullivan Jr.
