About	Paul was my best friend, from way back in 1955. After finishing grade school at Grant School, he attended junior high at the Zion Lutheran school in Akron. Then graduated from Falls High in 1968. He finished college and seminary, and became a Lutheran pastor. He was called to grow the Lutheran presence in North Carolina, and established two new churches, first in Franklin, and a second in Cary. The Cary congregation grew significantly, and built a thriving private school along with a large church facility. He volunteered to missionary in Africa on multiple occasions over the course of his ministry. Paul is survived by his wife Marlene (from Milan, OH) and two children, Nathan and Amy. Paul was a member of the CFHS tennis team, and carried that passion throughout his life, in addition to golf. Paul died of natural causes on 24 December 2004.
