Bob Booker, 59, of Akron, died April 24, 2010.
Preceded in death by parents, Neal and Betty Booker and niece, Sara Boltz; he is survived by sons, David (Arlene) and Mike (Tamieko); grandchildren, David, Samantha, Sarah, Michael, Amber, and Breanna; former wife, Vera, and special friend, Kathy Scott.
He is also survived by brothers, Larry (Fran), and Rick; sisters, Beverly (Ken) Boltz, and MaryAnn (Joe) Marchese; many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to Heather Knoll and Crossroads Hospice, Aunt Barb, Aunt Norma, Uncle Bob and Aunt Debbie, Patty, Ron, Lisa and family.
There will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. Family will gather on Sunday, May 2, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Sanctuary of Praise, at the corner of Massillon and Killian Roads, Springfield Township.
