1973 Custer Hs 50th Class Reunion

Fellow Classmates...
You are 15 days away from the June 1st deadline for the 50th Reunion to get your discounted price of $75/person mailed in. We are now at 85 reservations, remember this is our 50th Class Reunion so spread the word.
A few committee members and I did a taste test of our buffet choices. The flyer has been updated and I have also listed in detail the choices below. I don't think anyone will be disappointed, the food was delicious. This is my description from the taste testing.
Haystack Salad, mesclun mix, baby romaine, feta cheese, dried cranberries, cranberry vinaigrette, sweet potato hay stack
Fresh Fruit Medley, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple garnished with grapes, strawberries.
Seared Chicken with a very light breading topped with a tomato/mushroom/onion mixture similar to a bruschetta but sauteed.
Cod with a citrus topping
Roasted vegetables (carrots, green peppers and yellow squash). The vegetables are all separate so you can choose all three or just what you want
Roasted small potatoes with shallots.
An assortment of bread is served on the buffet with butter.
Coffee and Hot Tea station

Cocktail Hour/Welcome 5:00pm-6:00pm
Dinner 6:30pm
Music 8:00pm-11:00pm
Goodbyes 11:00pm-midnight

He is very popular and well known. We had him play at our 45th Reunion, so we were lucky to get him again.
If the Music is too loud for your liking in the banquet hall, we will have tables set up in the Atrium, bar area and in the Garden making it easier for conversations.
We will have access to a Garden off the patio doors in the Bar area and the Banquet area.
We have a decorated area for picture taking and one of our committee members willing to take photos.
We will have a memory board of our classmates that we know have passed away and a memory table if anyone has any items they would like to bring from their HS days.
Last but not least, we will have a silent auction set up in the bar area, these funds will help with the costs of the Reunion.
Looking forward to seeing everyone that can make it, please submit your monies asap. I will be sending reminders frequently.
Everything is set in place for a wonderful evening of dinner, music/dancing and reminiscing. Only 135 days from the Event of the Year!

So please send in your money because the 50th REUNION is ON!! Saying Yes or Maybe does not confirm a reservation, a paid reservation confirms your spot, so don't miss out!!
Our committee of 8 classmates have been working diligently for almost 2 years to contact our almost 1000 classmates. We meet on a regular basis so all should be on the same page, sometimes we have too many cooks in the kitchen, it happens, however the information that is in this post is correct, please understand we are very organized, everything is spreadsheeted. Periodically there are updates which I post on FB, Classmates.com, etc. Paid reservations will change weekly because of when I receive the monies We do have limited seating and that's why I can't stress enough to get your monies in before June 1st. Word of mouth works best, please gather your classmates for a great evening of dining, music and reminiscing. We do have a plan if we do not receive enough 1973 grads to make our attendance, so do not be concerned, this REUNION is ON!!!
