About Me	moved to santa cruz and married a professional surfer, hence name change to McCuen. worked as a paralegal while going to night school to earn my AA. moved to SF to go to SFSU film school and divorced the surfer. left paralegal work after getting my first big break to become full time filmmaker. failed miserably, returned to law firm & gained more film & photography experience. left law firm 2 years later, this time successfully marketing myself as filmmaker & photographer, have never looked back. met my husband tim in 2001 at SF coffee house. moved to boston in 2004 to have east coast adventure (while tim did his post doctorate work). we returned to the bay area early 2008. married tim in 2005 (hence the surname Geistlinger) and had our son, henry, the same year. we are awaiting the birth of our daughter due in september. my professional work is focused on photography now as it is easier to balance motherhood and my own deadlines, rather than someone else's. we bought an abandoned villa in the oakland hill's montclair district and are currently res...(read more)
