| About Me | I welcome new friends from anywhere on the planet, without reservation as to religiion, color, nationality, sex, orientation, or any of the other labels that we put on others to separate ourselves from one another. WARNING: If you friend me to steal, cheat, lie, or otherwise try to harm me - I am protected by the Lord of the Universe, Jesus Christ Himself and I guarantee that you'll get more than you bargained for if you try to hurt me! I am a Christian, but not a typical one in many ways, lol! I believe that, as the Bible says, we are all parts of the body of Christ (head, arm, leg, etc.). If so, I am part of the heart because the Lord has put it in my heart to love every one of His children regardless of who they are and what they do. Love the sinner, hate the sin - with LOVE being the operative part of that phrase! I believe that the Church as a whole (all of them) can sometimes turn people away from Christ by their attitude of attacking a person's sin first, then loving them. God has put it on my heart to love His people first and to tell them how much He loves Him. I know I can trust Him to do the hard work of conviction on His own. I believe that's why I have had the life I've had (married and divorced - twice). You see, I KNOW what it's like to have been labeled and judged by a church! It pushed me away from my Creator for more than 15 YEARS! Only the love and grace of God saved me and brought me back to Him. (Ask me about the time when I was contemplating spirituality and the path of witchcraft and I heard that still, small voice in my ear whisper, "What about Heaven?"). So, like our Lord, I am a friend of sinners - many of whom the average Christian churchgoer would shun like the plague! Funny that. How in Heaven can you save people if you won't associate with them? YOU are Christ to others and if you hate them and it shows, then you are in effect telling that person that Christ hates them. Not a very good witness! So I am dedicating my life to Him and the work He has given me - loving sinners. I live the life of a pretty typical suburban American female. I work outside the home. I was not blessed with children. I am a true believer that women and men are not totally equal, but have equal abilities and brainpower. By the world as a whole's standards, I have quite a lot. By Western standards, I am not wealthy by any means! Not that this matters, but it's a perspective that I add for friends who are not westerners. I am blessed regardless. I am engaged to the most wonderful man in the world. And he's got the sweetest little daughter girl that I am thrilled to be able to share with him and her mom. I'd love to hear from anyone who know me "back in the day."
