About Me	Worked at Public Affairs Research Council from 1965 to 1978 as public information director and research librarian during which time I became a "school board watcher". My interest in improving education turned into a career change when I joined the Louisiana Association of Business & Industry as executive v.p. and chief education lobbyist for about 20 years.
