Bob Fiorito
Class of 1966
Army, 6 Years
Served in Viet Nam 1969 and 1970. My Son Bob Jr. was born at Ft. Hauchuca, Arizona just before I embarked for Viet Nam. Bob Jr. has served in the US Navy for 20 years. Bob Jr. just retire with many honors and is on terminal leave. His retirement is effective 10-10-2010. I am so very proud of him as he served in these current wars 7 times. He also was in the Gulf war 1991 and 1992. God Bless America!

Recruit Training Naval Station Great Lakes, IL....Technical "A" School ; Meridian, MS (Aviation Maintenance Administration)
Orders to RVAW-120 NAS Norfolk supporting a fleet of E-2C Hawkeye aircraft working in Maintenance Control. Shore Duty orders cancelled in Dec 1980. Received orders overseas to Keflavik, Iceland for 1 yr working for Aircraft Maintenance Intermediate Dept (AIMD) supporting P-3C squadrons patrolling waters of North Atlantic. Primary mission antisubmarine warefare.
Brunswick, ME (VP-23) P-3C ('82-'83) working as Logs & Records Administrator supporting all aeronautical & equipment records on 9 Lockheed aircraft. Deployed for 6 months to NAS Rota, Spain ('82) and 3 months to NAS Bermuda ('83) prior to my discharge from active service.
