About Me	Its been a long strange trip. Went of U of Colo in Boulder. Finally graduated in 1969. Lots of distractions. Worked in a lab (nothing to do with tires) for the Gates Rubber Company in Denver and continued to live in Boulder. Started selling residential RE in Boulder which I really didn't enjoy. Moved to Sacramento to work in commercial RE. Played a lot of rugby and spent as much of my time outdoors as possible. Did some industrial development which ended badly in the recession of 1981. Moved to Atlanta and got a Ph.D in real estate/finance. Wasn't as much on intelligence as persistence and hard work.
