About	Shelly Barnes died Oct. 8, 2008, at her home in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Shelly was born in Crestview, Fla., on Dec. 20, 1962. A memorial service will be held at The Community of Christ Church in Crestview on Sunday, Oct. 12, at 3 p.m. The family will receive visitors at the church one hour prior to the service.
