About Me RETIRED...from AF/COANG LOVE MY GRAND BABIES CMSgt (Ret) Robert M. Quinn Chief Master Sergeant (Ret) Robert M Quinn was the Operations Branch Chief, 140th Communications Flight, 140th Mission Support Group, 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. He is also the NCOIC of the Colorado National Guard Joint Task Force Communications Element. The Chief began his military career on 17 Aug, 1971 a member of the U.S. Inactive Reserve, entered Active duty, 10 Jan 1972, graduated basic training, March 1972 and Weapons Technical Traning in May of 1972. While on active duty, he served in Kadena AB, Okinawa Japan, Kunsan AB Korea, CCK AB Taiwan, Hill AFB UT and Ellsworth AFB SD both as a Weapons Mechanic and as Munitions Specialists. The Chief joined the Colorado Air National Guard in Aug 1977 as a traditional guardsman. He was hired as a full time Air Technician in April 1978. Chief Quinn has been TDY or has been activated for service in Panama, Honduras, Canada, Turkey, Australia, Denmark, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Korea. He was the Team Chief for the conversion and installation of the Combat Ammunitions System for the National Guard Bureau, Munitions Division in all Air National Guard units in the United States and its Territories. The Chief’s duties have included Weapons Load Crew Chief, Munitions Maintenance Technician, Missile Shop Chief, Weapons Loading Standardization Team Chief, Munitions Maintenance Superintendent, Assistant Munitions Accountability Systems Officer (MASO) , Equipment Maintenance Squadron Superintendent, Aircraft Maintenance Chief, Communications Squadron, Information Systems Branch Chief and currently the Operations Branch Chief/Chief of Maintenance for the 140 Communications Flight. Chief Mater Sergeant Quinn is married to Patricia R (Robnick) Quinn. They have six children, Marah, Ami, Robert, Joseph, Marria and Guideon. They are also the proud grandparents to eight grandchildren.
