About	Alicia passed away on November 16, 2015 in Fallon, NV at Banner Churchill Community Hospital. She was the daughter of Emma Jean Bowden and Rudolfo Lovato. She was 37. Alice was loved by all who met her, and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, Brian Neil, and two children, son Parris Dowdell and daughter Briana Neil and her mother, Emma Jean Bowden; and a host of brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
