The memorial service for Ronald "Tuff" Gale Jones will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Medford Friends Church. The Rev. Joel Williams will officiate. A private graveside service will be held at Sams Valley Cemetery.
Mr. Jones, 62, of Medford, died Wednesday (Feb. 6, 2002) in Medford.

He was born Dec. 2, 1939, in Medford, a son of Paul and Elva (Glass) Jones. On Sept. 5, 1959, in Medford, he married Marion Fred, who survives.
Mr. Jones was a millworker, working as an equipment driver and in maintenance.
He was a member of the Medford Friends Church.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three daughters, Vicki Benton, Medford, Karla Jones, Crescent City, Calif., and Ronelle "Burkie" Wolfe, Spokane, Wash.; a brother and sister (twins), Donald Jones and Doreene Detering, both of Central Point, and another sister, Pauline Stevens, White City; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Barrett.
