I am presently retired and doing some consulting work. I have spent the last two years in Beijing, China and Shanghai consulting with schools and private educational groups. Louis T. His early education consists of degrees focused on higher education from the University of Wisconsin and Virginia Tech. He studied substance abuse at the University of Miami and NIH (Jackson Memorial Hospital) and has also spent time studying at Harvard University, University of Alabama and University of North Carolina. He has held several educational positions as a Teacher, Counselor, College Dean (Admissions and Students), Vice-President and Acting College President. He has served several institutions including: University of Wisconsin, General Motors Institute, Milwaukee School of Engineering, Florida Tech, West Virginia Tech, Sonoma State and Westminster College. He also held the position of Higher Education Consultant for ACT in the Western Division.
