Terry Anthony Sauls Jr.
Class of 2001
I moved to attend Covington High my sophomore year of high school. I joined the NJROTC, was on the legislative debate team and graduated as the commanding officer of the NJROTC program my senior year. Immediately following graduation I enlisted in the U.S. Army and went through basic training and A.I.T.. Two weeks before graduating A.I.T. 9/11 occurred and my life since then changed forever. After returning from multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan I severely injured my back, right hip and mentally struggled to find piece again after returning from a major war I fought on two fronts. I do remember my friends from Covington High and still respect the friendship we enjoyed while in school.
