Opal was born July 22, 1933 to Alva and Katie Spillman and passed away Monday, January 17, 2022.
She graduated from Covington High School and later married Ansil “Dutch” Kimmell on October 22, 1951. She and Dutch raised three children while farming wheat, and raising cattle and goats. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Covington United Methodist Church. Opal’s greatest joys in life have been watching all the grandkids and a few of the great grandkids play ball games.
