Joy E. (Todd) Hays, of Atwater, CA, passed away after a 12 year battle with Cancer on August 21, 2013 at the age of 59. She is survived by her loving husband Terry; daughter and son-in-law Nicole and Allyn; mother Ann; sister Dee; and niece Ava.
