Dale Arthur Beighley Obituary
Dale Beighley, age 75, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025. He was born on November 19, 1949, in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Dale served his country as a Marine and Vietnam veteran, an experience that had a profound impact on his life.
He was known for building friendships wherever he went, his storytelling, and his ability to strike up a conversation with anyone. He was an avid sports fan who followed several teams and kept track of players’ stats. He will be remembered for his service, his stories, and the nicknames he gave that always seemed to stick.
Above all, he was a proud father. He is survived by his children, Janelle (Brad) Hintz and Natalie Beighley.
Survived by his grandchildren; Drew Hintz and Ava Hintz and siblings; Karen (Richard) Martinson, Barbara (Gary) Olson, Janet Kowalewski, Debbie(Robert) Howard, and brother: Mark (Sandy) Beighley.
Preceded in death by his parents, Fred Beighley and Irene Foster. Also, sisters; Gail (Tom) Wajek and Julie Kay Beighley; brother-in-law, Edwin Kowalewski.
A funeral service will take place at 11:30am on Thursday, July 31st, 2025 at Borton-Leiser Funeral Home in Cornell, WI. The visitation will begin at 10:30am and go until the start of service at 11:30am. Burial with military honors will follow at the Cornell Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Clark County Rehabilitation and Living Center for the care provided over the past several months, as well as Heartland Hospice for keeping him comfortable in his final days.
